I551 stamp is as good as Green Card. I surprised why just with pp stamp we are not expemted from transit Visa. Any ideas?

I have asked the same question at local office they said, you have to call service center and change the address. Are you sure we could take an appointment after stamping to change the address?

Even I am applying for my daughter(minor). I have a question in Form I-90. What do I need to fill in questions "City of residence where you applied for an immigrant Visa or Adjustment of Status" and "Date of Admission as an immigrant or Adjustment of Status" of I-90?

Does it matter? My daughter(minor) has a wrong birthyear printed on her card, while all other particulars are fine though. We are planning to travel outside. Does it matter if travel with out recorrecting the birthyear? Thanks in advance

My 485 is approved. But I did not get the I551 stamp yet in my passport. My question is, if I file tax now, should I mention that I am a resident immigrant or nonresident immigrant in tax filing application(s)?
