While going to India, I traveled on Continental Air lines up to London and Emirates Air lines from London. On return trip from India, I traveled on Emirates Air lines up to Frankfurt and Delta Airlines from Frankfurt. I did not take any transit visa for on this trip.

You do not need 140 documents. In my case, I submitted approval letter , I94 and EAD's, AP's and photos. Nothing more.

I don't think there is any law which says you should work for 6 months for the same employer. Jaggy, Where did you see that?
