Has anybody on H1-B formed/owned a LLC/Inc, and successfully done a part-time H1-B (for himself) through this LLC/Inc so that it enables him to work for it. Appreciate the replies!

re: see what it says on the labor cert. if it says 4 yr degree, get an edu eval to show ur 3 yr degree+1+1=4 yr. if that doesnt work, see if edu +exp would match 4 yr. If not, file under eb3 consult ur attorney to see what ur best approach should be... do u have the right major though...

re: mitwaa, thanks a lot for writing so much, i really appreciate it... i think my company has all docs related to the rfe info u talked about, resignation, financials are strong(profit) and also no layoffs at all... i meet all the qualifications when the labor was filed, such as job...

re: the labor is for a position at a particular location for the permanent position. look at the ETA 750 to see what the location of the position is. if its texas, file in TSC, u have to come and work for your employer in texas branch at a later stage...
