I received an email saying my another biometrics notice was mailed to me, USCIS tier 2 doesn't even know why and the alert was posted in October on the website, I received the email on 11/11. So there is serious reason for concern here.

I applied on 7/18, did my biometrics on 8/21, received a yellow letter on 8/24, received an email on 11/11 saying they've mailed me another fingerprint notice - opened a service request to understand why. I can't even get infopass appointment online and the tier 2 has no answer. Something about...

I sent my docs in July - other than the fingerprints and the yellow letter - nothing! Dallas DO @rok8man any updates on your end?

I guess there isn't a July tracker, and some of my old friends like @rok8man are here, so I'll track my July n-400 filing here. Timeline: 7/15 - Mailed N-400 7/16 - ETA for N-400 @ Lewisville

My online tracker only changed to card production AFTER I had already received the notification and letter in hand, so the online tracker changes with a delay of a couple of days I believe.

Finally received notification on Friday and the letter on Saturday. Card in production. I will hang out here for a few more weeks till all my old friends here get their cards - for the rest, see y'all next year.

Got the notifications on Friday and the letter on Saturday. Your online account p/w expires every 90 days so you won't receive notifications if that isn't working.

Congrats - CSC is much faster than VSC...I am now glad VSC sent my case over to CSC.

If you haven't received a notice that would imply VSC is still processing yours Everyone that received a notice had their case transferred to CSC for load balancing Hopefully this means everyone gets processed faster - I'd rather have mine done and over with prior to moving

Oh great, so you apply to VSC and from there it can go to either VSC or CSC...and since our notices don't say CSC it means they were retained at VSC which is the slower of the 2 #facepalm but can't do much...luck of the draw

That's the plan - good to hear from you again. Walk-in was a breeze this time vs last time around, I had to wait an hour last time, this time I filled in the information sheet and was sent straight to an agent - in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I completed my early walk-in biometrics as well - also received confirmation stating they've fixed my name.

#facepalm The misspelled my first name on the Bio letter (pressed the adjacent key on the keyboard), doesn't make any sense, I mean you have my A#, how could you get the name wrong on the bio letter...will call them tomorrow, expect it to be a non-issue since the A# is correct.

I don't think sending anything to VSC would help - Infopass is your best bet imho
