Rfe Guys: Any of you aware how long does it take after an RFE is replied for approval? I got a RFE for employer's Tax return. it was replied on may 24th and recieved by vermont on june 6th. LUD on june 7 and then again today (10th).

I never recieved the notice even after 4 weeks, my attorney called up and got the case number and within a week they sent a RFE, which we expected. So it is worth you checking if yoru check was enchased and if it was then call your attorney he will be able to get your case number
