LUD change can mean a lot. In my case, I always got an RFE after LUD change a few times. Soon after I replied RFE, got few more LUDs, then the approval coming. Just be thankful that your case is somewhat progressing, rather than just stay stagnant. New LUD is better than no LUD at all.
