1)They are asking for EVL from the company that sponsored your GC. 2) If you don't have your birth certificate, you can get a affidavit from both parents... Your attorney would be able to tell you what documents to produce...talk to them.

well! you don't need the copy of receipt or original copy of I-485. All you need is the A#. USICS would have your case stored in their system and identified by your A#. Don't tell me you don't know your A#!! Just go to USCIS website and get the printout, if at all you need to have the hard copy.
