I-140 - Response to RFE Recieved
The AVM says the response to RFE recieved. It may take upto 240 days to process this case. And a written communication will be sent. Is this normal???- kramc

I got an RFE in September for an Educational Evaluation and Progressive Experience. The response to the RFE was received and then I-140 petition was denied citing this reason "The beneficiary evaluation states QUOTE towards the completion of academic studies leading to a Bachelors degree...
