my question is....
My 2 years GC it’snot expire yet and will expire on 3/19/10. My Temporary stamp I-551 on my passport said that permanent residency for one year issue date 3/19/08.emplyoment authorized valid until 4/19/08.
Question is that Can I go back to my county to visit my Dad (Dr. said that he is not doing so well)
I mailed My I751 already below is time line.
1/07/2010 I mailed I 751 to VT center @3:43pm
1/11/2010 received @ 4:16pm
1/13/2010 Check cashed
I didn’t receive I797C NOA yet so I don’t know if I should book the ticket.
If I leave without the I 797C .Can I come back to USA with my 2year not expire GC?
