I got married to a LPR in MArch 2009, Now he is a US citizen. I had been a short term scholar for a period of 3 months in October 2008, and came back to India. Can i apply for waiver from India? Can i go on B2 and then apply for J1 waiver from US? Would appreciate if I could get a reply. Thanks in advance
