I think you are fine, you have ("Foreign Academic Equivalent" )alternate education requirement specified in the labor. Good luck.

Ziri, Thanks for your reply. I know how frustrating to wait all those years. I am just one year behind you (3 years since labor filed). But it is good, you are through I-140 now. I wish you good luck with your I-485.
