6 mos or 1 year isnt it that u cant leave US for more than one year! - that u need a REP - less than one year is ok isnt it

Hi when u moved your stuff from canada to US - did u have to send your photocopies of REP with the movers or just the GC and passport is suffiecient

one more thing to be on safer side hi make sure you wait for more than 5 years... 6, 7, 8 years before applying for citizenship. they ask for details for the last 5 years before applying for citizenship. pls get as much info as the other members have suggested but also apply later...

why cant she travel to US -if u apply for green card. as a canadian citizen whe can always travel to US. if she needs to work untill she gets her PR - she can apply for h1 visa

to the best of my knowledge - usually one is eligible for canadian citizenship after fulfilling the residnecy requirments for canada - that is u should be canadian permanent resident now- so you are saying you somehow managed to fulfill both US and canadian permanent residency requirements ...
