RFE.. RFE is on company financials... Since they have incurred loss in 2003, they are preparing the reply, very carefully. Haven't filed the reply yet I would definitely update if there is any progress on my status.

RFE on my 140 after 590 days!!! BCIS has atlast touched my application... Online message shows that RFE mailed on Jan 23 2004. I might know the details next week... They have issued RFE after 590 days....

Vermont Center never replies... Several queries were made to VSC, by BCIS Reps and i never got any answer. My attorney sent a letter in Nov'03, asking about the status of my pending I-140, they haven't replied for it either. Probably, Lawsuit might work!?
