yep Eddie, but the question is, if i get married, would I still have to go through biometrics? And also what new amnesty program (for temporary workers ?) that Pres. Bush proposed last year? Do u have any idea when this would be in effect? I know it's a proposal but not yet a Bill / law.

Is LULAC the law for persons illegally in the US before1982? Was there a recent ammendment to this program allowing anyone to apply, even those who are in the US long after 1982 ? Could u please shed some light into this legalization program? Please respond promptly, thanks.

Yep, no problem to travel withing the US. I'm also out of status and traveled several times out of state. The DL is fine. Make sure he doesn't have metalic stuff on him, belt, cigarette lighter etc, so he won't be delayed at security check point. It's safe though, atleast till now........
