Finally, I heard the magic words on March 9th "This case has been approved on March 07/2001" Both me and my spouse 485 are approved at the same time. RD= 4/00 ND= 5/00, FP= 06/00 EB3, Country= Other PD=04/99 (always current) Before AVR was saying Case not found till last...

Are there any new EAD/AP renewals from TSC? Can you please post the RD, ND and approval dates? My spouse\'s EAD and AP RD dates are Jan.26 and Jan.29, case is pending? These are for renewals of AP and EAD expiring in June 2001.

No Title My case is also pending and AVR says case not found for last 8 months. My RD = 04/00 and FP were done in 06/00, Country others so EB2 or EB3 does not matter I guess. What is the recording saying for your case?
