vparakkal, I agree with binoypthomas.It's attorney's duty to make sure that all relevant and required documents are in place before we file.The hefty atorney fee they charge could atleast be justified so.It makes no sense to pay additional fee for replying RFE.Is your attorney making a living...

I did get my approval letter in 5 days.My friend received it in just 3 days!!. Go ahead and get the infopass appointment.You should be all set with passport stamping in another 10-12 days.

Yeah,true.I went to the same office(Chicago) and the officer was very nice and entertaining.Probably,we met the same gentleman.We were also informed that the card takes 12 months!.
