You can just go attend in Seattle. Don't mention anything. Just go to INS Application center in Seattle and show the documents required. They should do it. One of my friends who needs to give biometrics in Chicago gave them in Salt Lake City recently and they did it.

You can. Your dependent should fill up a AR11 doc and mail it. He/She also should call the service center and change the address on all the pending applications in INS.

Once we get the GC, it's better to work for the company with which you got the GC approved for atleast 6 months. GC is issued to you based on your intention to work for the company. You are breaking that if you are not working for them. There are cases where INS started a removal procedure...

Better go and give the biometrics also to be on safe side.

GC@NSC, You did the samething what you are requesting others not to do by replying to max2k1. Be patient. The notice tells you whether the biometrics is for your 485 or EAD.

My education is B.Sc., Computer Science + M.Sc Maths. Mine is EB2 as well. It got approved without an RFE. But, I couldn't get information from my Lawyer what she wrote in Labour application in ETA 750. Mine is concurrently filed in June 2004. Got approved in May 2005

GC stopped for EB# means that 485 processing will be stopped for 3 months from July 1, 2005. 140 processing should still be continuing as usual. Traped, Contact Senators office in your area and try your luck. It should work. I wish you an approval soon.
