Does the notarization of 'Renunciation form' mean that the other person who signs to vouch for the information i put in 1st page has to sign in front of notary? I have to get the other person to come with me to notary?

I have similar question. How do people handle overseas address with banks, IRS, etc? Do they give some forwarding address in U.S or give overseas address?

THe photo on naturalization cert should also be full name (in cusive writing). Both need full signature. Am i missing something?
