Gcn400, You don't need to schedule an INFOPASS to do early fingerprint, just show up to the processing location with your fingerprint notice and maybe you will get lucky and get it done if not you will have to wait till the scheduled date. Good luck.

No NYC does not offer same day Oath ceremony you should be fine depending how long you r gonna be gone for, if you get your oath on the same day as your interview there is usually 3-4 weeks between interview and Oath. Good luck with your interview.

You are allowed to travel at anypoint during your N400 process I assume you have your proper travel documents, when you get your Oath their is a question on the back that ask if you have travel since your interview you check yes and you should be fine.
