No Title Interesting that for the SAME name case, two had to file I-140 after RFE while other got away with a letter stating "SUCCESSOR OF INTEREST"!!

No Title Did you get your proactive I-140 approved? If not, I have a strong feeling that your 485 was approved because the 485 adjudicators probably were not aware of your company name change! That can only explain why for others, their applications are on HOLD!!!! Anyway Congrats!

No Title Does the above hold true also in cases where company shuts down operations before 180 days? Can company shutting down be deemed I-140 withdrawal automatically? Your opinions will be appreciated.

No Title Thank you Braveheart, for your info. But I am assuming a situation where 485 has been already filed, therefore I guess I may have to\'do a I140 redo (with the same LC) with the new employer.

No Title Just got off the phone with VSC. Spoke to a decent IIO (lady). Told me that INS has not scheduled any March ND\'s for FP yet. When I asked her for a time frame, she told me that she is not sure, but a month or and a half is a possibility. My ND is 03-30-01.
