Yes they could have entered University at that time but chose not to do so. Obviously they do have the experience to qualify through that but how they go about it? Which one should they choose? can it be switch at time of interview? Thanks

I disagree with you - as per my experience - I have been living in the states for 10 years and have spoken to many DV winners both from here in the states and other countries, and the majority of them have won the first time they applied! IT IS MEANT TO BE! Good luck to all of the winners.:cool:
