1. When to start the cancellation of removal application? I mean were you told that you will be deported?
2. Is the hearing at your city or some place like Washington DC?
3. What is time frame of the whole thing and what status are you in during that time?
4. Finally, the case I am interested is as follows.
Been in US for 10 years.
US citizen baby of 1 year.
Husband GC holder.
Sister GC holder
Mom and Dad are GC holders.
