Home or Business Address? Does the Indian NY consulate send the renewed passport to the Business address or the home address of the applicant?

Photo specs for NY Consulate Could someone please clarify the photo specs for the passport renewal at the NY consulate? Do they require a 2'' X 2"", or 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm? Is white background fine, or do they require a "light colored" background?

TSC and CSC are showing faster approval for EADs than NSC, that's why there's a general feeling that one is luckier to get receipts from TSC or CSC. After all, its the intermin benefit of EAD that's more important for many.

Congrats! Hope you receive the paperwork soon. You should be able to file 140/485 concurrently before August 17.

You can file your I-140 petition now, and upgrade to Premium whenever USCIS reopens that option for I-140.

The EB category is determined by the USCIS at the I-140 stage; it will not be on the Labor Certification. However, if your LC states a Masters-level degree as a minimum requirement, or requires 5 or more years of progressive experience in addition to a Bachelor's degree, it will qualify as EB2...

There's definitely been a slowdown...not just for the conversion cases but for everyone in general at BECs.
