Even I recieved a letter from DOJ confirming that we are victims. But I have not been asked to prepare a list of dues etc. The hearing is on 18th Sep and Nick has pleaded guilty on 16th June I believe. The letter says that Nick has pleaded guilty. UN, Any comments??

Just a quick update. One of my friends who had his original labor approved thru CST last year got to know that N used some one elses labor while filing his 140/485 instead of his own approved one. His Case got denied last month.

I am prepared for the denial from the very beginning. :) ..Wish I was one of the lucky few... But really did not know why LUD changed as I have not gotten the letter yet, although i suspected that was the case but was not sure.I am expecting the letter soon now based on your conclusion.
