I disagree "only fair to process cases based on RDs" It should be based on PD and RD... (Period) There are many ppl applied in 2000/01/02 and their labor was stuck up in Philly center and now they are getting approval. Do you think they should wait again and RD will have priority over PD...

Friend of mine exactly had same concern when he was filling 485. He knew that he had Hep C and was on medication. But he did not hide it and he got GC couple of years ago.
