Wife's 485 Pending........... I am in the same boat, I got my card on 07/21/07, when called about my wife's case TSC is saying no visa numbers. Not sure what to do. Any Ideas???

Hey BostonDude27 Take a infopass appt & let the immigration officer know that your finger prints expired. Thats how I got my 2nd FP notice. Good Luck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Employer Change I think you can change the employer, 6 months after you file 485, under AC21. Contact your attorney to make sure.

Early Finger Printing??? I recieved my 2nd FP notice today, they are scheduled for 13 July. Any early finger printing experiences/suggestions in Atlanta ??

2nd FP Notice Looks like all the approved cases had a 2nd FP. With an infopass appt I saw am immigration officer on 14 Jun & I was told I need another FP done since my 1st FP has expired. The last update on my case was on 16 Jun, may be a new FP notice.
