You cannot expedite it. There is way too much red tape around the stuff. If you try to push it through congressmen, your file will be taken out of the queue. I spoke with some guys at the oath ceremony- the wait is 11 months

Stop knocking the FBI doors- if there was a problem with your name check, those guys would be at your door by now. The delay is a volume thing and an INS officer said that the FBI has only now started to get a hang of it. Kuru
No- no documentation was needed. I have no idea what the delay was all about. The envelope was that of Homeland Security. They called me to sign a form in time for the oath. apparently, my fingerprints would have expired in another week

I got my Oath letter today. It took seven months from interview to oath where I suspected everyone from my stars to the postman for the delay. I even thought the letter got thrown out with the junk mail that we keep tossing out of the mail box.
