Either way is the same. I sort of prefer to talk to people. Our CO was very nice when we called her & was very prompt in emailing. So , it depends. As it is a screw up on their side, I think they will be very nice to you if you call.

If you have the money to spare ... Unless your's is a very complicated case, it's a lot cheaper to do it yourself. Thse guys charge an arm and leg to just fill forms which I am sure you can do for yourself. We did mine ourselves. It's pretty straightforward.
