Hi, I read your posting about your waiver and how you obtained your approval. My marriage was brief - I found my USC husband cheating but up to todate, he denies. We have just filed for a Joint Petition Divorce. We have to wait six months before we put in the final paper. Meanwhile, I am compiling documents to prove that our long-distance courtship and our marriage was entered in good faith. I need help as how to write a statement/testimony to support my I-175 waiver?
