hi,saw your post regarding change of status from H1 to F1. i am going through the same issue.my visa approval is through VSC. I called them to just inquire about the status of my visa processing.I haven't requested for expediting the process.Can we request that? what happened with you? can you share your story? i am really in a tough spot.I am out of status actually.
