immigration_gc, The Senator I contacted mentioned that my name check was done by FBI on Aug 16th. I called USCIS and they mentioned that they haven't received anything from FBI yet. So even it take a month for them to get the information I think I might be better of preparing the letters...

LUD's on 485's was taken by surprise to see the LUD's on mine and my spouses 485's but looks like its some kind of system wide seperation of cases. Maybe CSC is getting organized once again (seperating almost adjudicatable cases which are pending NC)
