Infopass is Easy I found use of Infopass very easy and convenient. I got the appointment for 2:45 pm, reached there at 2:30PM and was out by 3:10PM. There was no line to enter or inside. When the option of Infopass is there why wake up early in fight the rush hour traffic of Philly.

Philly has problems Philly definitely seems to have problems with 2nd FP. I look at the approval patterns and I see people being approved after 2nd FP from states other than PA (on Rupnet). The latest PA approval was of someone with 2nd FP in March04.

Expunged Record When the arrest record is expunged, does it get removed from all the places or it stays on in the immigration (FBI) files? Does anyone know how this works?
