Try a new LC I will suggest don't fall for this. You will have problem proving your bachelor's equivalent with 3 .5 year degree. It seems as per rule you can use ur expereince to extend your Bachelor's to Masters. But you can't use it towards Bachelor's. EB3 is safest bet.. go for that.
