Are you on H1 ? then file h4 for her Talk to attorney and file h4 for her if thats an option. See if you can reach united nations (nadeem) on this one. He is the best.

h1b out of country for a while not a problem i am out of U.S for a while (4 months) without any problem. Assuming your employer/USCIS will not revoke h1b this is not a problem.

follow up with uscis - call them once every week if possible get back on H1 ....also call uscis once ever week after filing MTR. i applied for mtr and waited for 6 months to call by phone. the moment i called the next day my mtr got approved.

Assuming 485 Receipt date > 180 days uscis can issue NOID (most of the cases ) - you will respond to NOID prooving your AC21 capability. uscis may deny 485 depends on officer (some cases like mine) - you will apply MTR (costs you money and little bit of risk) To me either way...

changed employer after 180 days. I140 revoked (prev. employer) and i am eligible for AC21. But officer DENIED 485 right away without issuing NOID. Any way u r case is different u r NOT switching employers... so not a big deal. I just want to assure u even if it happens U still have chance...

Depends on the Case Officer ... In my case they denied with out NOID. Good thing is you can still file MTR. So dont worry abt denial.

Name Check pending I am still stuck in name check ... more than 3 years . Should be a reilief but after so many years i am not really excited ... Lets hope to see those lucky approvals with pending namecheck...
