    Hi, Anybody know whether we can sponsor visitor visa for an Indian living in Netherlands who has PR card? I know Dutch nationals doesn't need to have VISA to enter US for visiting. But didn't get much information if they have PR (EU card) card? Please post if you know. Thanks,
