Folks, Any predictions on this bulletin. I am praying that EB2 India should move by atleast 3 months . My PD is April 28th 2004. Hopefully it moves ahead for other EB categories too:rolleyes:! Good Luck to all!

EB2 India Move by a year! Hello guys, I hope that EB2 India move forward by a year in this June 2006 visa bulletin. Many things are linked with this date for me...

Agreeing with GC_TRAP Hello GC_TRAP : I am completely with you. We have not even one string with us that we can pull or control on. There is no point in lamenting and even making it public on these kinds of Forums after all! Hold the breath until the next bulletin and keep doing the same...

Good Movement seen! I personally feel that EB2 India will move atleast 8 months and a max of 1 year. EB3 India we cannot say until it hits the Apr. 2001 date. But, I wish it goes atleast 3 months ahead crossing the Apr. date. EB1 will move another 4 to 6 months.

Sure...if you plan to go over the process then Yeah..you will have the same PD in the new process you will start with the new employer...

techy2468: I think this might not be a good idea, as I have heard a very recent case about the same..where the employer revoked the I-140 and the person has to start the H1B with the new company again and go over the crap from beginning... Talk to your Lawyer...

Happy me... I am sorry for the EB3 guys which moved a month, but hey...EB2 moved 6 months man....I hope this goes on the same way for next 4 months and thats it..vayu guru ki saugandh...... Good luck for all EB3s and EB2s toooo...
