    difference in I130 filed

    hi eagle28, for person residing outisde the country they can opt for IR1/CR1 process or K3visa if married. With IR1/CR1 process beneficary comes to USA with immigration visa. With k3 visa process it would be non immigration visa and person would file AOS after landing here. Hope this...
