My wife is a USC. She is thinking about sponsoring her parents and her 19 year old sister. The question is: Can she sponsor parents and sister at the same time? Or fill separate petitions: one for parents (immediate relative) and one for sister (F4 category). Or the short question...

Well, first of all USCIS were very nice on the phone. I told them I am concerned I should have received the EAD by now. I told them the 90 days are approaching and other people who applied after me already received EAD approvals. I asked them if i should go to the local office and they said it...

I just got my EAD :) My vacation is over :cool:

I got another one myself. After many weeks w/o emails now we get too many :)

My EAD was last updated on 01/13/09 as well :rolleyes: No IL letter yet though :confused:

I think you will get it by the end of the week :) Hopefully tomorrow I will get this kind of notification as well :rolleyes:

EAD Production Notification email :D

Called them. They put a requlatory request for EAD. I did not got a real answer of what's happening w/ i485. They said it is in 'normal' processing range. I desperately need EAD.. I don't need i485 so bad as long as I have EAD :cool:
