    The INS asked me for 3 months pay stub & employment letter. I did call the IIO last month since it took a long time.They simply said that my case was pending..Anyhow one should `ve luck.... :confused: All the best.

    Received RFE - I was w/o job for 1+ month

    Don`t worry! no problem at all.Yor r in safer side.Anyway u`ll be having time for responding your Rfe.So wait for 1 month pay stub(request your employer for bi-monthly pay stub for a month) & respond INS with the paystub u got,employment letter & previous paystubs from older company, & 2 yr tax...
