my employer sent my I-140 with out my notice because i was delaying to apply. I know he does not have my previous employer experinece letters those are with me. Employer has very good financial status. I think additional information REF means they need my previous employer experince letter...

you can extend your H1 beyond 6 years (1 year at a time). I see another new rule if your I-140 got approved and waiting for 485 PD then you can extend your H1 for 3 years.

Based on what conditions, attorney can file I-140 in both EB2,EB3 please let me know ..

help Hi gurus, I have labor(EB3) and need to apply I-140, now i am on 6th year and getting expired my H1 visa on NOV 05. If i apply I-140 still i need to apply H1 7th years extension. Thanks in advance.
