I am willing to provide my case information to Rajiv's firm securely. I have written lots of letters to Congressmen etc. with my case details, it won't hurt to share with Rajiv if he is willing to do so much for us. I agree with Saknia that a General Enquiry will not get us anywhere.

halleycomet86, I do plan to write and fax the letters just to remind them that they are in fact not following FIFO and that PBEC should be transparent enough to indicate what time period cases they are currently processing and should give employers/attorney a chance to remind them in time if...

Count me in! Its not a bad idea to get some media attention, only if we can get a significant nuber of people there (about 50-100). I live in DC area itself so count me in.

not a bad idea I appreciate the idea of writing letters and I am sure it works. I tried to write to the senators and they got back to me! I told about the PBEC mess! They inquired at PBEC..But seems PBEC gets controlled by no one as they give the wrong statitics to whichever authorities ask...
