Hi, My wife's H1B is approved after green card is approved. Now, she is planning to travel. Does this create any problems at the port of entry?

I have noticed few scratches on lower portion of the magnetic area, which is back side of the green card. Is there any problems, if the green card can not be read when officer scanned it at port of entry? Please advice.

It was done at New York.

We recenlty renewed our passports and received all of our passports with blurred pictures. Is eveone in the same boat? We worried that there could be a proble at the port of entry.

I did not file I-90. Do have to file it by checking card never received or replacement card?

My son's 485 was approved May 2007, he did not receive card yet. I am talking to USCSI very aften and sent photos and gave biometics 3 times. USCIS said they did not receive biometrics yet. Is anyone in same boat? Please shed some light.

Thank you for the reply. He already got visa stamping and he shown his father's property and monoey in the bank to support MS study in the US. Can I still help him even he did not shown me as financial supporter when he applied for Visa?

There are many companies willing to sponser H1 if you have pharmacist license. Talk to local pharmcies and CVC, riteaid and walgreens etc. Tell them they need to apply before April 1.

My 485 was approved in June 2007 and I saw LUD 140 on 12/15/2007, which was approved in 2005. I did not leave the country and it was transfered to TSC from VSC.

My 485 was approved 6 months back. But just after 485 approval my company applied 140 ammendment because of acquisition. Yesterday, I saw LUD on 140, which was approved in Jan 2005. Now, what would happen to approved 485? Please post your thoughts.
