I know some of you have lots of experience in dealing with H1B issues, Please try helping me on this one. My H1B application was submitted (I-129 Form)in May 2005 in Nebreska Service Center, with a ID of LIN0517850111, It took quite some time for the USCIS to reply back, and they requested some additional information in Nov, which I submitted on Nov10 2005, after that the status reads as "On November 10, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 30 and 120 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case ", Its almost 130 days since i submitted the documents, its more than their projected waiting time..., can any one please tell me what are the next steps i would have to take.....Do i have chances to get the H1B visa this year??
Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.
