hi guys,
I still cant beleive it, but its true.
Me and my husband, both got approved yday.
waited for this day to come for approx 3 years.
I am so happy that its finally over.Its a big RELEIF!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really thank each n everyone of you on this forum.This forum is just wonderful, big help.I hope n pray that everyone get their approvals soon.
 
I notice your RD is 4/16, and TSC Processing date is 5/8. Your case must have been approved before.
Did you call BCIS and ask them to Expedite your case or did you contact a senator or some such thing?

you guessed it right.I did fax a letter to the senator's office.n boy they were so quick. they received my letter on monday n tuesday they called me first saying that the greeen card has been mailed, the same thing, what the bcis rep kept saying me for last 4 mths.the message never changed to be "approved".the message said that"the document we based on the registration or approval of this case was directly issued to the person".I explained her the whole scenario n requested her to get in touch with the texas service center instead of calling bcis.the very same afternoon she called me, saying that,she called the tsc n our cases were with an examiner.yday wednesday,02/04/04, both the cases were approved.
i don know know how far it helped, but i would ask u to go ahead n contact the senator's office.

Can you post your city of residence and which senator you contacted for help. Hopefully we will not need it at the rate TSC is approving cases, but just in case one of us has to take that recourse...

today we got our passport stamped.
