Atlast my case has been approved.....ND 03/23/2000 PD 07/97
RFE Received by INS on 06/08 .....
I just heard the AVM.......And I couln\'t beleive it...

RFE 04/30/2001 (For Employment Letter & 3 paystubs)
I was not paid for a 6 weeks during feb-march (bench).So
I had to wait for one month to get one more paystub . And I replied
back to INS on june 6th with only two pay stubs and a letter
saying that I\'ve taken a time off without pay during feb-march

And AVM updated on 06/18 saying that they received my response on 06/08.

Finally today God answered my prayers...

I am ready to answer if anybody has any questions
