Yellow Letter

I have not received yellow letter (I mentioned my few citations on N400) so far and my interview is in two weeks. Is this normal? I mean it is not necessary for everyone to get yellow letter if they mention citations. Right?

yes, not everyone receives a YL before the interview, depends on individual history of applicant. Nothing to worry about. If you have citations, just bring along documentation about the outcome to the interview, just in case the IO asks about it.
