Just got a email from USCIS saying my 140 is approved :D .

Few facts.
140 RD 5/13/04 AD 1/28/05
485 RD 5/13/04 :rolleyes: Let c how much time this one takes.

Please respond with your PD ( whether you are subject to retrogression or not ) and did your 485 LUD change along with 140 approval ?
 
I guess I'm posting my reponse in Texas Service Center.
I'm in Atlanta, and my application was applied in Texas Service Center.
My Category is Eb2.
I did see Last Updated date change on UCSIS (last updated 11/04/2004) for everything (140,485,765) , but that might be because I change my address.


Will_get_there I don't what this means (whether you are subject to retrogression or not) how do i check for it, today only my case was approved to I'll wait and see whats the next step.

Hopefully I should get fingure printing soon :)

if you are eb2 you are not affected by retrogression. Hopefuly you will see your 485 approval soon

what is your PD and did your LUD on I-485 changed after you got I-140 approval.
