Wrong Priority date in I140 - eb2 sub case

Here is my case

EB2 Sub labor (PD Sept 2001) . concurrent filing

I-140,I-485 : RD Feb 09 2005
I-140 : Approved Jan 04 2006
I -485 : pending

Here is the problem, the I 140 shows a PD of Feb 2005. My lawyer says that it should have been the PD of the labor which was Sept 2001. But USCIS has it otherwise. Several enquiries later, we get a message that we are not to disturb them for another 180 days as they are looking into the case. Any suggestions as how this can be sped up? Also , is it possible that myattorney screwed up?

Aves, i am also having similar situvation. My I-140 approval shows a different PD date (which is the RD of I-140 application). My sub labor PD is Aug 2002. My lawyer sent a letter with supporting documents to USCIS on May 31, 2006. I am still waiting for a reply from USCIS. How did you send your enquiries to USCIS (via email or fedex) ?.

I hope USCIS corrects the I-140 PD mistakes soon before dates retrogress again.
