Wrong information on INS Receipt

Hello

My wife who is a US citizen recently filed the I-130 petition for me. I just got the receipt notice back today. It has the usual information, like my name , address, WAC# etc. Under Section they have written:

Section: Husband or wife of permanent resident, 203(a)(2)(A) INA

This is incorrect. My wife is a US citizen so that particular section shouldnt even apply to me. Has anyone else had this problem. What should I do? How easy is it to fix this?

If you had an attorney assist you, then of course please inform them of the error. If not, you may want to contact the California Service Center and inform them of the error.
