Wrong Gender on green card.

My small sister age 4 green card received with wrong gender, Male instead of Female, what do i need to attached along with I90 form and do i have to pay any fee to make that correction? please advice.

First of all cross check the forms used in filing for her to ensure the error in assigned gender was not originally from what was submitted. Once you’ve confirmed the error is not from your side, go ahead and submit Form I-90 to file for a replace GC. Follow the instructions on the form. No payment required if the error was a USCIS error, if the error was on the form originally used in filing for her, you’ll need to pay for the replacement in that case.
